When will my order be delivered?
We ship from Spain, Netherlands And U.S. Ordered on workdays before 3:30 PM, delivered the next day. No deliveries on Sunday, Monday and public holidays. Shipments are provided with a Track & Trace code. With this code you can find out where your order is located and when your order is expected to be delivered to you. Tracking code and courier company will be included in the shipping confirmation email.

Can I provide a different delivery address?
If you know in advance that you will not be able to accept your order at home (billing address), you can also provide us with an alternative shipping address. We will then ensure that your order is delivered to the address you require.
Will my order be shipped discreetly?
Orders via this website are packaged 100% discreetly and neutrally. Vacuum sealed everything no smell no traces. What does that mean? All orders are sent in neutral packaging (so-called “plain box shipping”) including a discreet shipping sticker. In this way, our packaging for outsiders does not show what you have ordered. After all, what you order from us is not someone else’s business.
